SALT ROOM USAGE RULES:

  • It is not allowed to enter the salt rooms with casual clothes and shoes.
  • Disposable protective aprons should be worn.
  • It should be noted that there are no shoes on the feet.
  • In each session in the salt rooms, the amount of salt at the rate of 1/10 of the table salt is inhaled. The time required in each session should be between 20 and 40 minutes.
  • Our members who want to start salt therapies can use it for 5 consecutive days when they first start, and each use should be at least 20 minutes and an average of 40 minutes.
  • Our regular members can continue the therapy by using it a few times a month after a certain period of time.
  • People of all ages who do not have certain diseases can easily use it.
  • Before entering the rooms, substances with strong additive effects such as perfume are not used.

PEOPLE SHOULD NOT USE SALT ROOM:

  • In infections that cause fever,
  • In patients who have had or are having tuberculosis,
  • In people with heart failure,
  • In patients with a history of cancer,
  • Salt room therapies are not recommended for high blood pressure diseases.

IT IS DANGEROUS FOR HEALTH AND PROHIBITED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 15 YEARS OF AGE TO ENTER THE SALT ROOM.
