SAUNA USE:

  • The sauna temperature is generally between 40 and 90 degrees. There are several floors in wooden rooms. The temperature of these floors increases as you go up. The temperature of the ceiling height reaches 100 degrees.
  • It is recommended that people who go to the sauna for the first time spend the first session on the first floor and lying down. The ideal sauna temperature is between 80 and 85 degrees.
  • Clothing, jewelry, accessories and contact lenses must be removed before using the sauna.
  • Before entering the sauna, it is necessary to take a shower with hot water and soap and dry off.
  • It is necessary to sit or lie down on a towel in the sauna.
  • Care should be taken not to stay in the sauna for less than 5 minutes or more than 30 minutes.SAUNA USAGE RULES:

  • Our members with open wounds and skin diseases, heart, blood pressure, asthma, high sugar and circulatory system disorders cannot use this section.
  • Do not use the sauna and hammam while drinking alcohol or on a full stomach.
  • It is forbidden to enter the sauna without taking a shower.
  • Cell phones are not used and loud conversations are not allowed in the sauna.
  • In terms of hygiene, spread a towel or loincloth to the area you use in the spa area.
  • Sauna is used with clothes (pool suit or loincloth) in accordance with the rules of the sports center.
  • It is recommended to remove glasses, contact lenses and jewelry in this section.
  • Due to excessive water loss, in order not to damage the metabolism; The recommended use of the sauna is for a maximum of two sessions of 15 minutes.
  • It is recommended to take fluids before and after the sauna.
