STEAM ROOM USAGE:

  • Steam rooms are places that allow people to relax. They are hot rooms and with the effect of heat, it ensures the removal of harmful toxins in the body. Steam rooms ensure that the generated steam is kept indoors and that the environment is well heated. It is considered as the purification area of ​​the body. The steam room is defined as the hot rooms recommended after the pool and sauna. Those who enter the sauna after doing various exercises dry the skin with the effect of hot air. A warm and humid environment is needed to expel the sweat that dries up in the sauna. Steam rooms are used for this purpose.
  • Those who want to use the steam room should try using it for a maximum of 10 minutes. This period can be kept shorter depending on the person's respiratory tract discomfort.
  • Those who have used the sauna before entering the steam room should rest for 10 minutes and take a liquid supplement before entering.
  • It is recommended to leave the steam room after 10 minutes and take a shower with cold water to relax the body.
  • Care should be taken to ensure that the temperature is between 45-60'C.
  • Before entering the steam room, no cosmetic products should be applied to the skin or sprayed.
  • For hygiene reasons, care should be taken not to bring products such as slippers and bandages inside.
  • No cream or lotion should be applied to any part of the body.
  • It should be noted that the usage time of the steam room is between 10 minutes and 15 minutes.
  • The use of the steam room may vary according to the skin type of the person. Those with oily or normal skin should use the steam room once a week, and those with sensitive and dry skin should use the steam room once every 15 days or once a month.
